Everlasting Florals at The Charlie Mar Vista

Atelier Bloem partnered with The Charlie Mar Vista, a boutique apartment community in West Los Angeles managed by Greystar, to bring enduring floral moments throughout the property.

We placed carefully selected arrangements in shared spaces and model apartments, bringing warmth, color, and visual movement with no water or ongoing maintenance required.

The Real Touch florals complement the architecture and interiors, giving the property team design elements that look effortless and require zero upkeep.

Floral Moments Across the Property

We placed several arrangements throughout the building to create subtle yet memorable visual moments. At the entrance, a Painted Lady arrangement welcomes residents and guests. Its mix of tones works naturally with the colorful, design-forward interior, offering immediate warmth as people arrive.

The Community Patio

Each arrangement was chosen for its specific setting, using varieties and compositions that complement rather than compete with the interiors, adding life and softness without drawing attention away from the space itself.

On the community patio, we placed two Monarch arrangements on the large shared table. Their layered stems and warm tones mirror the relaxed, social energy of the outdoor space, anchoring the table visually and softening the modern lines of the furniture and architecture.

In one of the available apartments, we placed a red tulip arrangement in the kitchen as part of the building's welcome package for new residents. The vibrant color brings life to the clean, modern interior and creates a memorable first impression for future tenants. For apartment lobbies, model units, and shared amenities, this approach offers a simple way to add warmth and hospitality while keeping operations efficient.
