Real Touch Flowers
Petals with the weight, softness, and give of fresh ones. Atelier Bloem bouquets are hand arranged in Los Angeles with Real Touch and premium silk flowers, so most people assume they are fresh, and they stay that way for years.
Shop Real Touch arrangementsWhat Real Touch Means
Most artificial flowers give themselves away the moment you touch them. The petal is fabric, flat and dry, with an edge that frays rather than folds. Real Touch solves this with a soft, flexible coating over the petal, so it has the smooth surface and slight resistance of living tissue.
It is the difference between a flower that looks real from across the room and one that holds up on a dining table, a nightstand, or a reception desk, where people see it from a few inches away and sometimes reach out to check.
Real Touch or Silk
Real Touch
For flowers with smooth, fleshy petals: tulips, calla lilies, anthuriums, hydrangeas, roses. The coating carries the sheen and give that fabric cannot.
Premium Silk
For flowers whose petals should be thin enough to catch light and move, like a fully open poppy. Good silk is translucent in a way a coating is not.
Both, Together
Many of our bouquets combine the two, choosing whichever material is truest to each stem. That mix is a large part of why they read as fresh.

Made for Close Range
Every Real Touch stem we use is chosen for how it looks at the distance people actually see it. Petals fold and curl at the edges. Colors shift slightly from base to tip. Leaves have veins.
Then each bouquet is hand arranged in Los Angeles, stem by stem, the way a florist would build a fresh one. The materials make it believable. The arranging makes it beautiful.
