4. Orders and Fulfillment

Orders ship in 1-2 business days. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including product availability or errors in pricing.

Subscriptions

Overview

Atelier Bloem offers rotating floral arrangement subscriptions in multiple sizes and delivery frequencies. By enrolling in a subscription, you agree to the terms outlined in this section, in addition to all other applicable terms on this page. Recurring payments are processed securely through Stripe.

Your plan

At checkout, you will select your arrangement size(s) and delivery frequency. Your billing cycle begins on the date you subscribe and renews automatically based on your chosen frequency. You can view and manage your subscription at any time through your account.

Care responsibility

All arrangements remain the property of Atelier Bloem for the duration of your subscription. You agree to keep the designated display space accessible and to handle arrangements with reasonable care. Arrangements should not be moved, altered, or repositioned without prior notice. Silk and latex arrangements require no water or maintenance, but they should be kept away from excessive moisture, direct sunlight and outdoor elements, and high-traffic areas where they may be knocked over or damaged.

Damage

Normal wear from display is expected. If an arrangement is damaged due to customer negligence, including pet damage, spills, or improper handling, a repair or replacement fee will apply. We will assess the damage and notify you of any applicable fees before charging. Damage fees will be charged to the payment method on file.

Access on delivery day

You are responsible for ensuring access to the designated space on each scheduled delivery date. If we are unable to complete a delivery or rotation due to inaccessibility, that service window will be considered fulfilled and no refund or rescheduling will be provided. If you anticipate an access issue, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance and we will do our best to accommodate a schedule change.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us directly. Cancellations must be submitted at least 7 days before your next scheduled delivery to avoid being charged for that cycle. Once a delivery has been scheduled and fulfilled, it is not eligible for refund. Upon cancellation, arrangements will be retrieved at the next available time, which we will coordinate with you directly.
